the las cruces snowpocalypse. january 8, twenty thirteen.
Yup, it’s 2013. We got a little snow for the new year in Las Cruces, NM; this gave me a chance to play around with the fisheye I got for Christmas. I didn’t really go far, just took a few close-up/macro shots around the house.
Learned something…it’s a challenge to get decent photos of snow – especially details – and not blow out the snow.
Anyway, here are a few I liked -

Awesome use of the fisheye! That snow looks so pretty! I think the 2nd one is my fave because of how you captured the ‘flakes!
